While this course is aimed at a dog business, it can be transferred to a lot of other businesses. It was informative and concise and involved watching videos with a voice over talking about the slides. The woman delivering the course though, spoke around what was written, so it felt like much more like I was being taught. The areas covered were all relevant and left me feeling alot more confident about starting a business.
