Learn to keep yourself safe in the difficult situation with the Handling Aggression course.
Aggression is the feeling of anger or antipathy that may cause hostile or violent behaviour. Aggressive people often find themselves alone, disrespected, and unable to reach the desired levels of success. The course is designed to help the aggressive people to overcome their aggression. Controlling aggression starts by identifying the root causes of aggressive behaviour. The course helps you to explore the common causes of aggression. The course will train you to prepare for the aggression so that you can control the challenging situation. You will also learn how to deal with the aftermath session of aggression.
Upon completion, you will be able to control your aggression and become more confident when aggression arises.

Requirements
