A goodinsight into administration work
This course offers a good insight into administrative work for those who have never worked in an office. The quality of the grammar and incorrect words used in some sections, does suggest that checks were carried out via spell and grammar checks rather than a human being! The sections on Word, Power Point and Excel were very useful without being too complicated to follow.
