OK
> It needs updating, Google+ has declined to the point of closure in April 2019
> The sections are disjointed and very obviously written by different authors
> Social Media Marketing – excellent section which I got a lot from
> Social Media Management – a good section, but I didn’t get a lot from it, because I had learnt this elsewhere, not to take away from it though
> Facebook Marketing – learnt a lot – there was stuff in there I didn’t know and will definitely use
> Twitter Marketing – OK, but was like a lengthy advert for Hootsuite given the number of times it was mentioned. Obvious cut and paste from other material as some of it said click “here” and the link wasn’t there. I learnt a bit from this section. Engaging tutor.
> Social Bookmarking – not a very useful section. Written by someone with a poor grasp of grammar, and there were loads of “breathless” sentences – try the comma! Some of it completely incoherent, the sentences needed to be simplified. It was if the author didn’t understand the subject him/herself.
> Exam – asking about the case studies – really? e.g. what did Janet say to Jim? Who takes detailed notes on these?? Come on, stick to the actual material.
Overall – a decent course but a bit shabby round the edges.
