Forgiveness

It can be difficult to forgive someone, especially when they’ve really hurt you; but with forgiveness also comes freedom. This course is designed to teach the benefits of forgiving, as well as outline the dangers of not forgiving. You will learn about the ways to absolute forgiveness, the laws of forgiveness, and why refusing to forgive can impact your health and wellbeing. 

This course will deepen your understanding of the concept of forgiveness, teaching you how to look at the bigger picture and let go of negative feelings that are holding you back from moving on.
