Addiction is a curse for human society. It can ruin a whole society easily. The Psychology and Therapy of Addictions course is designed for the people who want to help the addicted people and their family.
Throughout the course, you will explore the techniques of counselling and therapy for people with addictions. You will learn about the Alcoholic parents and their children and how to deal with them. As the course proceeds, you will be familiarised with the treatments for drug addiction. The course also illustrates how to become a ‘substance misuse worker’. You will know about co-dependency and relapse.
By finishing the course, you will be able to start your counselling career and ready to help addicted people to their recovery.
